I contacted Roland via Facebook and he immediately responded. We scheduled a time for him to look at the property to see what work was needed. Roland showed up as scheduled. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He quoted a price after doing a walkabout. We agreed on a time and the work to be done. He provided the name of his crew supervisor that would be doing the work and meeting with me for my approval once the work was completed. The crew showed up early, completed the work quickly and efficiently. Roland stopped by himself to check the results. I was extremely pleased with his service. I would recommend Roland and Bluegrass Lawn Service to anyone requiring yard work. This service was a gift to a family member from myself. Using Bluegrass Lawn Service was an excellent choice.

Ronald responded to my request via Angie's list within minutes. Super bowl Sunday he came out to view my property and gave a fair estimate. His guys that did the work were prompt, professional and my yard looks amazing! One thing i liked about Ronald and his company was he told me "if my grass doesn't need to be cut he won't do it".
